How do compression tops fit?
Compression is meant to fit tight and stay locked in. True to size gives a true compression feel. Size up if you want a less-snug fit or you are between sizes.

How do hoodies and warm-ups fit?
These are designed for comfort and layering. True to size for a standard fit. Size up for a more relaxed look.

How do training shorts fit?
Training shorts are built for movement. Unisex fit. Men are typically true to size. Women can size down for a closer fit or stay true to size for a relaxed fit.

How do jerseys fit?
Jerseys have an easy fit for layering over compression or tees. Men are typically true to size. Women can size down for a closer fit.

How do socks fit?
Socks are generally true to size. If you are between sizes, size up for more room.

Slides are typically true to size. If you are between sizes, size up.

How durable is WYSE Ballers gear?
Our gear is made for regular use and repeat wear. Train, hoop, wash, repeat. If anything arrives damaged or has a confirmed defect, you are covered under our 30-day guarantee.

How do I wash and care for WYSE Ballers products?
To keep your gear looking and fitting right:
• Wash cold with similar colors
• Use mild detergent
• Turn items inside out
• Avoid bleach and fabric softener
• Air dry when possible
• If using a dryer, use low heat

Will items shrink?
Most performance fabrics hold shape well, but high heat can shorten the life of stretch materials. Cold wash and low heat or air dry is best.

30-day guarantee for damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, or you experience a confirmed defect within 30 days of delivery, you are covered. Contact us within 30 days and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on stock and the situation.

Athlete-friendly returns
If it does not fit how you expected, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Once approved and received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable.

What items are not eligible for return?
For hygiene and safety, socks and some accessories may be final sale unless they arrive damaged. If something arrives damaged, you are still covered under the 30-day guarantee.

How long does shipping take?
