30-day damaged or defective guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, or you experience a confirmed defect within 30 days of delivery, you are covered. Contact us within 30 days and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on stock and the situation.
Returns for fit or preference
If your item does not fit how you expected, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Return shipping and fees
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, socks and certain accessories may be final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. If an item arrives damaged, it is still covered under the 30-day guarantee.
